Fresh Eggs
As you might already know, we keep a flock of chickens in our backyard. The chickens are pets, but we do eat the eggs. We can't eat them all ourselves! If you are interested in fresh eggs from well-loved and well-fed hens, call my wife Joanne at 314-807-0707. Eggs are $4.00 per dozen. Better than store bought. If you've never had a fresh egg, you're in for a treat. The yolks stand up high and are a golden pumpkin-like color. They make the fluffiest scrambled eggs and are excellent for use in your baking.
